According to the latest area division for the grant the sales agency licenses, which was approved by the shareholders of the SCHEAR Lubricants on 01-04-2019, from now on, the agency points will be granted in a Territory. Each Territory is made up of several countries that are culturally, socially, geographically, and some business factors similar.

Each applicant will be selected for a period of two years as the trial exclusive sales Agent in that territory after submitting a formal application and also filling out the forms related to receiving agency points and after conducting initial validations by experienced teams in the SCHEAR Lubricants.

If the trial Agent succeeds in passing the two-year initial time, will be selected as the exclusive sales and distribution of SCHEAR Lubricants Agent in the specified territory in five-year courses.


Jobs that the trial Agent must do:

Trial Agent must observe the following to become an official Agent in initial time:


1- Shall not damage the reputation of the brand or abused the name and reputation of the brand.


2- Shall not relationship with competitors and shall not market or sale similar products.


3- Shall not compete with the Supplier or to enter into any business relationship with competitors of the Supplier for the entire duration of the present contract.


4- Shall implement the minimum sales limit set and agreed each year or for a total of two years in the trial period.


5- Have at least one active sales office in each countries in his territory.


6- Implemented the announced circulars and notifications well and correctly and has made every effort to advertise, market and sell the products of SCHEAR Industrial Holding.
